Seven days, no questions asked

If the Commissary Pass isn't for you, use the contact form within 7 days of buying it and we'll refund the full $9.99. You don't have to explain yourself, and you don't have to prove anything.

How it works

• Write from the address you bought with, or send us the receipt.
• We refund to your original payment method, usually the same day and always within 3 business days.
• Your bank typically takes another 5 to 10 days to show it.
• Your pass stops working once the refund goes through.

After 7 days

We'll still look at it. If something on the site is broken, or you were charged twice, or you bought it by mistake, use the contact form and we'll sort it out.

If we close the site

The pass is meant to last as long as the site does. If we shut it down for good within 12 months of your purchase, use the contact form and we'll refund you.
