Dummbell Bench Press - 12-10-8 Reps 
Lat Pull Downs - 12-10-8 Reps 
Shoulder Flies - 12-10-8 Reps

Bench Press - 12-10-8 Reps 
Seated Leg Extensions - 15-15 Reps

Muscle Builder Drink
