This is a beginner's routine that will help you ease in to some of the more advanced workouts we have listed on the Felony Workout site.

Bent-leg Raises - 15-20 Reps 
Squats - 12-15 Reps 
Flat Dumbbell Presses - 10-12 Reps 
Barbell Rows - 10-12 Reps 
Dumbbell Presses - 12-15 Reps 
Upright Dips - 10-12 Reps 
Preacher Curls - 10-12 Reps 
Standing Calf Raises - 15-20 Reps
